Next Steps

We will
  • Add an example and training on how to complete and submit a Webhelp ticket to our student online procedural training. Staff will do a mid-year mini-training with students to ensure any new students are aware of the procedures to complete and submit a Webhelp ticket.
  • Develop the expectation that all teachers communicate weekly with a family member about good things their student did that week. Create a document to track teacher communications to ensure that positive feedback is being sent to all our families.
  • Hold individual meetings with teachers to determine how administrators can address their work stress level. Determine next steps and an implementation schedule to assist teachers with reduction of work stress.
